The control has heating and cooling modes with adjustable setpoint and differential, an adjustable anti-short cycle delay, and a temperature offset (setback) They come wired with heavy-duty power cord and a 6-outlet power strip. These handle 1,500 watts of combined power. You could control heat for a stack of identical cages, a rack system or a room. 1 degree temperature diferential keeps your temps consistant. These units turn off automaticly if a malfunction is senced, for you and your reptiles saftey.
